Project Overview
The Town of Deer Lake would like to invite you to quote on the following:
Construction of a concrete wheelchair assessable pad at the entrance to Deer Lake Beach. The area is located off Nicholsville Road at Joe Butt’s Lookout.
THE QUOTE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO MAXINE HAYDEN BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN FRIDAY JUNE 10, 2022 BEFORE 2:00 PM
- Work can begin any date after June 13 but all work must be completed by June 23.
- The area consists of 500 sq feet 4 inches thick of stamped concrete with a wooden plank look.

The contractor will be responsible for:
– Supplying all equipment.
– Mobilization and Demobilization of all equipment
– All cost associated in the operation of the equipment
– installation of all concrete forms and the concrete pad it’s self
– colored concrete stamp to be specified by the Town of Deer Lake prior to stamping
The Town of Deer Lake will provide
- Guidance to the contractor on the work to be completed.
- Site preparation
- Removal of flag stone, stone bench, table
- Replacement of sod around perimeter of concrete
Timelines and Additional Requirements:
- The project much be completed by June 23,
- The contractor must adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations.
