TOWN OF DEER LAKE
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL PLAN
AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
Deer Lake Town Council has received an application to amend its Municipal Plan and
Development Regulations to allow for the development of a residential subdivision on
the north side of Goose Arm Road, immediately east of Grace Avenue. As shown
below, the amendment will rezone approximately 8.0 hectares from the RURAL to
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY.
The proposed amendment is available for viewing at the Town Office and on the
Town’s website (www.deerlake.ca). Objections or other representations may be
submitted in writing on or before 3:00 PM, Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
