Community Child Care Survey
This survey is to be completed by parents of children aged 0-12 in the community of Deer Lake.
The Town of Deer Lake would appreciate information on your child care needs. The purpose of this survey is to get information that can help us make decisions around the development of child care in our community. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your participation is greatly appreciated and we thank you in advance.
NOTE: All information gathered on this form will be used solely for the purpose of obtaining up-to-date child care needs data. Any identifying information provided on this survey will be held in confidence by the sponsoring agency and will not be shared with other individuals or groups for any reason without prior consent from the individuals involved.
