Let’s Go Skating

Aright folks, NTV’s Chief Meteorologist Eddie Sheerr has been on the West Coast this week at various locations in the region and will be broadcasting LIVE from the DEER LAKE OUTDOOR RINK on Bowater’s Field tomorrow, Thursday, March 3rd and we want to show him what a great winter town Deer Lake really is.

The Under 7 Timbit Hockey Players will be on the rink to showcase their skill to Eddie!

The Town of Deer Lake would like to invite residents to come out and be a part of what should be a wonderful winter scene tomorrow evening on Bowaters Field. The Recreation Department have been working hard all winter to keep the skating rink(s) and oval in great shape and now we want to show it off.

Fire pits will be installed near the rinks for those who may want to warm up and take in the event.
