TOWN OF DEER LAKE
NOTICE OF ADOPTION
AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL PLAN & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
The Town of Deer Lake has adopted an amendment to its Municipal Plan and
Development Regulations to rezone approximately 8.0 hectares of land immediately
north of Goose Arm Road and immediately east of Grace Avenue from the RURAL to
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY as shown on the map below.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a physical Public Hearing will not be held. Instead
the Commissioner will consider written submissions on the proposed
amendment. The deadline for comments to be received by the Town is 3:00 PM,
Monday, December 6, 2021. The proposed amendments are available for viewing
on Council’s website (www.deerlake.ca) or will be emailed on request.
