TOWN OF DEER LAKE
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO
MUNICIPAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
Deer Lake Town Council has received an application to amend the Deer Lake Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to add ROW DWELLING as a Discretionary Use in the Residential Floodway Fringe zone. This will give Council discretionary authority to approve this use after giving public notice and considering comments received. The proposed amendment is available for viewing at the Town Office and on our website (www.deerlake.ca). Objections or other comments may be submitted in writing to Council by 3:00 PM, Friday, July 26, 2024.
