Summary of Requirements
Site Visit: The contractor will need to carry out a site visit with representatives from the Town to assess the space.
Design and Build: A new front counter with height variation for wheelchair accessibility and a safety glass divider between office staff and the public.
Flooring: Remove the current carpet in the reception area and replace it with new flooring (the Town will supply flooring).
