INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SNOW CLEARING

 

The following are the specifications for snow clearing for the Deer Lake Public Health Centre located at 4 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake NL.

 

  1. Tender will be for a period of three (3) seasons and will include an hourly rate as well as a half hour rate and a rate for salt and sanding per application. The contract periods will be:

 

November 15, 2022 and cease May 31, 2023

November 1, 2023 and cease May 31, 2024

November 1, 2024 and cease May 31, 2025

 

Snow clearing and salting/sanding is to be completed only when necessary, unless otherwise arranged by Deer Lake Public Health Centre.

 

  1. Successful bidder will be required to clear the following area:
    1. Parking lot of the Deer Lake Public Health Centre located at 4 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake, NL
    2. Invoices to be submitted monthly indicating dates and times for snow

 

  1. Removal of snow from the parking lot and perimeter of the building must be completed, when required, prior to 7:00 a.m. to allow access to

 

  1. The successful bidder agrees to be responsible for any and all damages, which may be caused by the snow clearing

 

  1. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance.

 

 

TENDERS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ON THE FORM BELOW AND PLACED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “TENDER FOR SNOW CLEARING – CONFIDENTIAL” AND DROPPED OFF AT THE CLINIC TO  THE WESTERN HEALTH PRIMARY CARE REGISTRATION DESK – ATTENTION DEER LAKE PUBLIC HEALTH CENTRE BOARD
